All of our trainers hold CrossFit Level 1 certificates; we're trained. We understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Stuart Taylor

Stuart is a 2x National Speed Skating Champion. After his retirement from competing he turned his focus to coaching, where he trained multiple regional and national champions. Once he tried CrossFit, he was hooked! He brings his professional pedigree and years of coaching experience to the box every day as the head trainer and programmer.

Beth Wease

A high school tennis athlete, Beth stayed in shape by running during her college years. After graduation, she took it one step further by completing 7 marathons including the Boston Marathon and dozens of other races. Finding something missing in her training, she began CrossFit and loved it. Beth is passionate about helping people get better and stay limber with flexibility exercises.

Billy Wease

A multi-sport athlete in his youth and a runner later, Billy found his true love with CrossFit training. His experience as a pharmacist and nutritionist allow him to take coaching one step further by offering consultations regarding diet and supplements. Billy is passionate about helping people get well through exercise, proper diet, and natural, safe supplementation.

Jennifer Webster

Jennifer was a cheerleader in high school and was inconsistent with exercise after graduation. She understands how the grind of life can wear away at your gym time, but she also knows how important it is to your wellbeing. Jennifer is the perfect coach to give you the motivation you need to stay after it and give your body the exercise it needs to stay happy and healthy.

Chris Jones

Chris comes from a cycling background, and he still enjoys cycling to and from the gym on occasion. He loves interacting with members and creating smiles and laughs. Chris is very knowledgable about proper lifting form and is a great motivator.

Brent White

Brent played high school football and was a tremendous weightlifter. That skill certainly carried over into his CrossFit training, where he has excelled since beginning in 2014. Seeing a need for trainers and passionate to coach, he took the CrossFit Level 1 trainers course in summer 2017 and passed with flying colors. Now Brent helps members prioritize form and function as he teaches movements.

Garrett Wease

Garrett played basketball and ran cross country in high school, then became an avid CrossFitter. The constant variation of movements and exercises excited him, and he brings that excitement with him to each class.
